This is one of the worst experiences I ever had getting a hair cut I got my hair cut on June 25 I was a walk in got there around 2:50 there were 2 ladies in there with two customers already cutting there hair I was the first one on the waiting list now you would think guys hair is pretty simple to cut maybe takes about 20 minutes both guys had basic haircuts the one went to the back and got the mvp service while the other was be just got a basic haircut the lady who was giving the mvp treatment had her client finished around 3:10 and than she went into the back I figure to clean up and than call the next client up so she comes out around 3:30 and the other hair stylist is still cutting the other guys hair so it’s been 40 minutes the lady in the back takes over for the other lady while the other woman has a seat and they just talk to each other finally the guy gets done and instead of me being called up by the lady In the back who finished the guy with the mvp service the other lady who doesn’t know what she is doing calls me up for a haircut and the other lady calls up a guy who came in 10 mins after me now it wouldn’t be that big of a deal but she knew they guy from what I heard cause me and him sat down next to each other and the ladies just start talking again to each other again now if you can talk and cut I don’t have any problem but I know the lady who was cutting my hair couldn’t multi task and every time she talked to stopped cutting my hair I think I said three words to her the whole hair cut and I knew she wasn’t paying attention cause she asked me 3 times if I wanted to get any product or the mvp service throughout my haircut I finally finished around 4:20 so for basically for them 2 do 2 clients and me and other guy took them an 1 in a half and the other lady could of easily started on my hair when she finished the first guy but decided to just wait cause she knew the other client and wanted to take him instead when he didn’t have any appointment I would suggest have more workers or get knew ones cause I have been to sport clips a decent bit and never once have I had this horrible of an issue so I would figure this out or I will not be returning you can also check the camera at the owings mills location and check the times and see cause when you watch the video you will be shocked I am wearing an oriole hat in video around 2:50 and I know for the people who own these businesses don’t want people who don’t wanna make money for them to work for them and they are just taking there sweet old time to make a pay check my number is 4434685572 if any questions but I am truly dissatisfied with the service and my haircut
