Story didn't end there. After I asked the staff to cancel my appointment and remove my name from their data base and went to near by barbershop and basically thought that the entire story is over at 5:52 pm of 6/16/2019 I had a phone call from somebody pretending to be Baltimore county police officer (with not caller id) saying that the scene at spot clips on Reisterstown road was not acceptable and that I should no longer visit that place. 1. I already told personnel to cancel my appointment and remove my information from their database. 2. All that scene did consist was me making a photo of the main screen that shows how many minutes are left before I could get my haircut. Last time I checked it was not the crime. 3. If Sport Clips contacted police department because somewhat they felt offended there should be the evidence such as footage of the surveillance cameras, etc.. If that is the case they should apply for restraining order. 4. If that was a crank call from friends of somebody who works there, this is a crime known as false pretense and It should be further investigated. I already had a conversation with garrison precinct and they are looking further into it next step will be contacting corporate office. Regardless if I ever step in that store or not, this is the case when customer or formal customer is being harassed, which brings another spin to the event that I thought was over.

After writing my last review I went to the location and personally booked appointment. At 11:35 am my waiting time was 55 min, which would be 12:25. When I came back at 12:15, my waiting time was 22 min which would be 12:42. Total waiting time would be an 1 hour and 12 min. I noticed that personnel was saying on a phone to other customers exactly the same waiting time 55 min. Even after I booked appointment and my waiting time 55 min was showing on a screen. They don't book you on a phone, they lie to you on a phone, website isn't functional. I asked them to cancel appointment and remove my information from their computer. I used this place for 5 years and it used to be great and timely service. But enough is enough. By the way this is third time it happens recently. I warned manager last time, that if it says certain waiting time it should be followed. Not valuing time of the customer is disrespect and totally unprofessional behavior.

System doesn't allow you to register online. Employees will not let you book by phone. You have to go there and get in line. It would show waiting time, lets say 50 min, you come back in 45 and here we go--your waiting time is about an hour and a half. Just for experiment I will go there and get in line today. Will write another review when I get back. Will put exact waiting time and exact actual time it took.
