I can?t remember if I?ve written a review of this location yet or not but... I have been getting my haircut and shampoo here for AT LEAST the last six and a half to seven years. I have seen many management changes thru this time, including a period where if you looked at or said the wrong thing to your stylist (depending on who it was), they?d end the cut and send you out the door. The stylists here now within the last 6-8 months or so (maybe a year or slightly less) are the absolute best that I?ve experienced at this location. Whether it?s an act or genuine, the workers there today genuinely seemed to care about and enjoy doing their jobs. There?s a lot to be said about seeing the same great stylists regularly over the course of a year and whether they remember you or not, you definitely come to trust in their abilities and taste. They always ask if I want a squared or rounded back neck-I trust to tell them to do whatever they think looks best. Aside from that superficial stuff, based on my experience this afternoon which involved a catastrophic method of payment difficulty, it?s 100% clear that this Garrison Forrest location isn?t being run like the typical sociopathic franchise location. I can?t think of the last time in my job that I acted equally compassionate for a patron in a similar situation that I was on the other end of with the stylist who helped me...this stylist deserves a raise and to be given whatever it takes to hold on to her because she truly cares about the people she helps and I?ve never left a franchise location of any kind feeling as recognized and helped as this...

last time going there.nice but totaly not profetional yang lady seems like she did first hair cut.
